About the role:

• We are seeking an exceptional Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our RevOps team.
• This role reports to the VP of RevOps and is critical for building and supporting one of Garner's core systems.
• This role will have high visibility and impact across all sales and customer success teams.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and deploy Salesforce solutions end to end — flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, page layouts, permission sets, and integrations.
• Serve as the first point of support for all tickets and bug reports from Revenue users, resolving bugs and troubleshooting system errors.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable system designs.
