Case Management Associate II

What You'll Do:

• Own and manage an individual caseload of in-process life insurance applications from submission to placement.
• Request and review underwriting requirements to determine if better options exist for customers.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with sales, customer service, and quality assurance teams.

What You'll Need:

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license and 1+ years of life insurance case management experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills with attention to detail and a customer-centered mindset.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and provide/receive actionable feedback.
