Lead Customer Implementation Consultant

As a Lead Implementation Consultant, you will play a dual role — leading the end-to-end delivery of complex implementation projects for enterprise customers while also coaching and supporting a regional team of Implementation Consultants. You’ll provide technical and strategic guidance, serve as a trusted advisor to customers, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing value for customers. As a technical and enterprise delivery expert in your region, you’ll drive continuous improvement in both team performance and global project execution strategies.
