People Systems Ownership:
- Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for People systems.
- Maintain and optimize new and existing system configurations and integrations.
- Support implementation and integrations of People technology solutions.
Data Integrity & Governance:
- Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and governance of employee data across systems.
- Perform regular audits, clean-ups, and mass data updates.
- Establish and document best practices for People data management and reporting.
Operational Support:
- Partner across the People & Culture team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Architect, implement, and manage a centralized ticketing system.
- Support People programs and cycles including performance management and compensation planning.
