What You'll Do:
- Lead a portfolio of client accounts, owning relationships from day-to-day execution through long-term strategy
- Act as a true client partner, building trust by deeply understanding each client’s business, brand, and internal challenges
- Translate client goals into clear creative and strategic direction for internal teams
What We're Looking For:
- Experience operating at the Account Director level or equivalent, managing multiple clients and leading teams
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships and operate as a strategic partner
- Strong understanding of brand, marketing, and storytelling, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to creative strategy
