Data Center Operations Analyst

Data Center Operations Team manages the planning, hardware installation and configuration, optimization, operations, and ongoing maintenance of the computer/data center. Oversees systems performance, the monitoring of equipment and the management of vendor relationships. Roles can have an internal or external client focus. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation of pre-integrated racks, servers, and network appliances, monitoring system performance, capacity deployment, material procurement and vendor management. Key responsibilities include being available for 24/7 support as needed, troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events and hands-on experience in hardware break-fix. Extensive experience in installing, monitoring, and maintaining data center IT equipment is required.
