About Recidiviz:

Role Overview:
- You will partner with state correctional agencies to drive meaningful change through data-driven tools.
- You will travel frequently (3-5 days/month) to meet with officials and visit prisons.
Core Responsibilities:
- Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into product requirements for internal teams.
- Build strong relationships and ensure partner success and financial sustainability.
- Communicate effectively to align product managers, engineers, and designers with partner objectives.
