Group Legal Counsel (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Corporate & Commercial Support:

• Advise on large client project agreements, partnerships, and vendor/supplier contracts across entities and jurisdictions.
• Support fundraising activities including term sheets, subscription agreements, and SAFEs alongside outside counsel and finance.
• Review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements from high-value contracts to routine documentation.

Corporate Governance & Compliance:

• Lead entity management, board documentation, and corporate record maintenance for entities in multiple countries.
• Own regulatory filings, compliance requirements, and monitoring of key deadlines across all operating jurisdictions.
• Design and drive internal compliance initiatives and policy management to ensure adoption and usability.

Global & Cross-Border Legal Support:

• Draft, review, and translate legal documents between English and Spanish for Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
• Coordinate with local counsel across the group's jurisdictions to align agreements with local law and practice.
• Serve as central contact for cross-border legal questions, helping the business navigate differing regulatory norms.
