Job Description

Drive new Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Sales through the Johnstone Supply distribution channel by managing manufacturer’s rep agencies, expanding share of wallet with current distribution partner and developing new business partners for the Bosch portfolio. Success in the position will also include sales calls on distributor branches and with distributor salespeople to contractors, builders, architects and engineers.

A key responsibility will be to develop a sales plan and market development strategy to drive growth of the Coleman HVAC brand under the Bosch Home Comfort Group's portfolio by hitting assigned targets. Provide all necessary sales, training and operational support for all assigned Johnstone Supply accounts within region as well as manufacturer reps in assigned region. Increase knowledge of product offerings to contractors, architects and engineers in your territory. Key activities include market planning, distributor account management plan execution and manufacturer rep management.
