Head of Engineering, Payment Gateway

About the Role:

• Own the full technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Monnify platform across payments, payout, commerce tools, and developer features.
• Lead multiple engineering teams through managers, setting quality standards and scaling organizational capability.

Who You Are:

• Over 10 years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership and hands-on Java expertise.
• At least 5 years managing managers and building engineering organizations.
• Deep knowledge of API-first products, distributed systems, and payment flows.
