About The Role:
- Own MonieCRM, the operating system for a 50,000-strong sales network.
- Lead modernisation and reliability of systems handling commissions, wallets, and payments.
- Drive platform engineering and legacy modernisation at 20M+ user scale.
Who You Are:
- 10–15 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years managing managers.
- Hands-on Java and Spring Boot expertise with strong backend distributed systems skills.
- Proven experience in legacy migrations and fintech background preferred.
