About the role:

• Field Verification is how Moniepoint verifies the identity of customers through physical checks.
• The platform coordinates in-person verification for KYC and serves nearly every part of the company.
• This role sets the technical direction for a domain that has never had a dedicated engineering leader.

Who you are:

• You have built things yourself and grew into leadership, with strong backend depth in Java and Spring Boot.
• You are capable across backend, web, and mobile, and have built platforms used by multiple business units.
• You have at least 10 years of software engineering experience and 5 years of engineering leadership.

• Measurable improvement in field officer efficiency and a native mobile experience shipped.
