About the Team:
- Resident Architects are senior technical field engineers, acting as escalation point for thorniest customer challenges.
- They combine deep engineering expertise with strong emotional intelligence and customer focus.
What You'll Do:
- Lead customers in strategic application of Honeycomb and observability practices.
- Act as trusted advisor on telemetry schema design and data modeling.
- Coach engineering teams on observability, SRE concepts, and instrumentation.
What You'll Bring:
- Deep understanding of OpenTelemetry and its ecosystem.
- Strong intuition for telemetry data modeling and cardinality.
- Fluency in at least one programming language like Ruby, Python, Go, JavaScript, Java, or .NET.
