Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including SaaS and master services agreements.
Advise on contract interpretation, obligations, and risk exposure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and manage legal risk.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house environment; healthcare tech preferred.
Working knowledge of healthcare legal framework including Anti-Kickback and HIPAA.
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
