Role Overview:
- Serve as the President’s strategic and operational partner, extending capacity across strategy, financial governance, and execution.
- Sit at the center of how the organization runs, setting the operating rhythm and ensuring leadership focus on high-leverage work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own financial rhythm including budget monitoring, forecasting, and resource allocation using efficiency metrics.
- Drive operating cadence through strategic planning cycles, roadmap reviews, and business performance deep-dives.
- Track and unblock critical cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and AI teams.
Strategic Impact:
- Prepare data-backed narratives and recommendations for the executive team and Board.
- Counsel leadership on organizational design, change management, and communications strategy.
- Serve as eyes and ears for senior leadership on organizational health, tracking morale and engagement.
