Job Description
Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify leads from marketing channels, conduct direct outreach, and optimize efforts based on feedback. Apply understanding of the B2B sales cycle and handle objections effectively, utilizing phone, email, and social selling techniques.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between marketing and sales, actively engaging in campaigns and collaborating with Account Executives to nurture prospects. Facilitate a seamless transition from prospecting to closing.
Quota Achievement and Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas for Booked Meetings and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), tracking key sales development metrics.
