Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

Lead local market initiatives, building empowered communities and expanding outreach to raise awareness of programs and services.

Develop, implement, and execute annual and long-term strategic plans with volunteers and staff.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate organizational marketing and branding initiatives into community-level actions.

Volunteer Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer leadership boards and committees, fostering diversity, engagement, and development.

Proven track record of volunteer stewardship and relationship building.

Manage market operations to create a high-performance culture.

Relationship Building and Financial Oversight:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and healthcare providers.

Experience managing revenue generation activities including fundraising events, major gifts, and corporate or foundation support.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned market activities.
