Job Description

As the Sales Enablement Manager - Enterprise & Strategic Sales , you’ll be responsible for driving seller performance by equipping quota-carrying Account Executives with the tools, skills, and coaching needed to ramp quickly, sell effectively, and consistently exceed quota. Leveraging a deep understanding of the enterprise sales motion and of the needs of quota-carrying AEs. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams to create programs that accelerate onboarding, improve sales process execution, and embed best-in-class coaching into the daily flow of work. Focusing on our Enterprise and Strategic segments, you’ll work with the account teams that support the world’s largest companies and contact centers globally. This is a strategic role that starts with making a direct day to day impact on Sales Reps—you’ll help drive revenue by improving the quality and consistency of every seller on the team.
