Job Description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will play a key role in transforming how businesses connect with their customers through AI-powered engagement solutions. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor to some of our largest and most strategic B2B enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve measurable ROI and long-term success with Conversica. You’ll partner with executives, lead strategic conversations, and manage renewals and expansions that drive growth for both our customers and Conversica. This is a highly visible role where you’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strengthen lasting partnerships.
