The Trust & Safety Specialist fulfills a critical function by intaking, documenting, and resolving complaints or feedback. Attention to detail is critical to ensure correct categorization and the writing of professional case summaries; the role involves resolving general support requests and cases, and may involve exposure to descriptions of potential trust and safety situations.

Serve as the subject matter expert for Policy across all lines of business within Angi, including Retail Partners, Handy, and Angi Marketplace. Participate in shadowing, focus groups, and audit survey feedback to identify where customers and reps need support. Develop a structure to identify, evaluate, prioritize, implement, and track efforts to improve homeowner satisfaction across all lines of business.
