Job Description
Manage a remote sales team, including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance to achieve revenue targets. Set individual revenue targets (quotas) and drive their attainment, ensuring profitable sales. Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends. Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance. Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with Marketing. Effectively utilize authority for sales personnel decisions. Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action. Execute specific plans developed to drive market penetration. Compose monthly Communication Report.
