The Role:
- Own the UX and UI for CMS's enterprise AI platform, from concept to polished, high-fidelity, USWDS-aligned designs in Figma.
- Move from sketches to wireframes to interactive prototypes, iterating quickly so stakeholders can see and feel the solution.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in UX/product design with hands-on research exposure.
- Deep Figma fluency, UX fundamentals, and the ability to run lightweight research.
- Familiarity with USWDS, federal CX mandates, accessibility (508/WCAG), and a standout portfolio.
