Deployment Strategist Lead

Accountabilities:

• Lead the launch and growth of a new market, owning customer acquisition, deployment, team building, and market development.
• Hire and lead a regional team of forward-deployed engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
• Engage with customers to identify high-value opportunities and design bespoke AI integrations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and practical understanding of APIs for creating prototypes and demonstrations.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate autonomously and build new market capabilities from the ground up.
