About the Role:
- Act as the inhouse expert for all prior authorizations and pre-certification requests.
- Coordinate with providers, patients, and payors to resolve complex authorization issues.
- Support the team in chasing down documentation and resolving auth rejections.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in ABA intake with a focus on Prior Authorizations.
- Strong understanding of ABA pre-certification for Tricare East, Medicaid MCOs, and more.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
