Responsibilities:

  • Support Inspire’s Prior Authorization Program: manage patient data, verify insurance, track authorization status.
  • Implement the program: train sites, complete prior auth requests, guide patients through appeals.
  • Provide coding info, execute action plans, and document field reports per quality system.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years reimbursement experience with knowledge of compliance and prior authorization.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and medical device experience.
