Responsibilities:
- Support Inspire’s Prior Authorization Program: manage patient data, verify insurance, track authorization status.
- Implement the program: train sites, complete prior auth requests, guide patients through appeals.
- Provide coding info, execute action plans, and document field reports per quality system.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years reimbursement experience with knowledge of compliance and prior authorization.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and medical device experience.
