Role and Responsibilities:
- Respond to Investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions
- Assist in the account opening process and perform initial check of paperwork
- Act as a liaison between investment executive and clearing firm
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client service oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred Experience:
- FINRA Series 7 license
- Prior customer service experience
- Financial services experience
