Job Summary:
- The Distribution Customer Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for clients, providing service and resolving issues.
- This role involves educating clients on products and ensuring high satisfaction via phone, chat, and email.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries efficiently.
