Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence & Portfolio Management: Own the quarterly planning cycle, manage the technology portfolio, run weekly reviews for at-risk projects, and maintain executive dashboards for organizational performance.
- Governance & Stakeholder Facilitation: Facilitate governance forums and planning sessions, ensure portfolio-level visibility, and build strong relationships with business unit leaders and technology stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop direct reports, provide mentorship to project managers, and foster a team culture centered on precision, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Required: 5-8 years in program or technology operations, 2+ years of direct people management, expertise in operational planning cadences and portfolio tools, and experience leveraging AI for process automation.
- Preferred: Experience in a transforming technology organization, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and a background supporting senior technology executives like a CTO.
