Customer Service Coordination:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for the Occupational Medicine Department.
- Manage all customer contacts through multiple channels.
- Triage calls and emails to appropriate team members, including Sales, Operations, and Billing.
Sales and Operations Support:
- Provide daily support to the sales team by assisting with employer account requests.
- Transmit exam results and forms, answering questions regarding services.
- Collaborate with Operations site staff to assist with employer needs and troubleshoot issues.
Account Management and Communication:
- Maintain relationships with employer accounts through ongoing communication.
- Track and maintain up-to-date account information and activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Log activity and maintain employer account information daily using CRM (Salesforce).
