About the Role:
- You will own the technical roadmap for Veriff's flagship physical document IDV product, a machine learning system that processes millions of identity verifications.
- You will sit between ML engineers and enterprise customers, translating complex trade-offs into business outcomes.
- This role is critical for driving accuracy, coverage, and fraud detection improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to define model improvements and measure success.
- Trade off accuracy, latency, and cost against live enterprise contracts.
- Be the voice of Veriff in complex customer calls, running technical deep-dives and answering detailed accuracy questions.
