Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Hexium's federal engagement strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across DOE, NNSA, NRC, Congress, and national laboratories.
  • Represent Hexium in meetings, briefings, and industry forums with government stakeholders.

Federal Partnerships, Agreements & Funding:

  • Lead negotiation, execution, and management of strategic federal agreements and non-dilutive funding.
  • Serve as executive owner of key government program relationships, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Monitor federal policy developments and translate them into strategic guidance.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in federal government affairs, government relations, or related leadership roles.
  • Existing relationships within DOE, NNSA, Congress, or national laboratories.
  • Experience with nuclear fuel cycle or advanced nuclear technologies.
  • Strong understanding of federal funding mechanisms like grants, cooperative agreements, and loan programs.
