- Responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Trace3 Government's presence across federal markets.
- Leads regional pipeline development, market strategy, and partner engagement.
- Focuses on identifying and winning program-based work with prime contract opportunities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute regional strategies, identify opportunities, build pipeline.
- Client & Relationship Management: Establish trusted relationships with government decision-makers.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop account plans and capture strategies, partner with marketing and alliances.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in government markets including business development, capture, or program leadership.
- Experience selling enterprise-level technology solutions to government customers.
- Proven success managing complex, high-value government technology opportunities.
