Role Overview:

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of small group employer clients.
  • Deliver superior day-to-day client service remotely via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Serve as the client's trusted point of contact throughout the account lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing service needs.
  • Build and maintain client and carrier relationships through proactive outreach.
  • Handle service issues professionally, delegate to internal teams, and ensure resolution.
  • Support renewals, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience in small group employee health benefits or related insurance.
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, carrier procedures, and compliance (ERISA, COBRA, FMLA).
  • Insurance Producer's License required; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
