Operational Efficiency Manager

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Operational Efficiency Manager to lead enterprise-wide and department specific initiatives focused on driving greatly improved operational efficiency and overall improved operational performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will lead a highly visible enterprise effort to work cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, implement innovative solutions —with a focus on leveraging technology including a specific spike on leveraging Generative AI (GenAI)—and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a collaborative leader. The role involves strategy and governance, technology and GenAI automation enablement, change management and adoption, measurement and impact.
