As the Director, Field Productivity, your responsibilities include partnering with Enablement Business Partners and Leadership to identify gaps and opportunities, developing scalable programs to improve pipeline generation, deal velocity, and win rates. You will collaborate with BDR and Sales to implement enablement strategies that increase top-of-funnel activity and improve conversion through each sales cycle stage, using data to inform targeted enablement interventions. This role enables you to define frameworks, tools, and rhythms to help front-line sales managers manage performance and forecast confidently, while streamlining workflows to improve CRM hygiene. You will work with the Analytics team for performance analysis and reporting, measuring program success through KPIs and metrics.
