Responsibilities:
- Define current state processes in areas where process is vague or undocumented.
- Document future state processes such as Incident Management and Change Management.
- Define design requirements to support process implementations using Agile Scrum SDLC.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field and five years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations.
- Excellent process documentation skills using Visio or Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.
