About The Role:
- The Director, Business Operations (Supply) will own the strategy and execution behind Engine’s supply-side connectivity, reporting to the VP of Customer Experience and Operations.
- This role leads across ARI, connectivity strategy, Supply API integrations, and technical enablement for Relationship Managers.
What You'll Do:
- Own ARI operations end-to-end, building reporting frameworks and team rhythms to keep supply healthy.
- Define and execute connectivity strategy across PMS, CRS, GDS, and other systems.
- Lead Supply API integration programs from scoping through production, ensuring reliability and scale.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years driving complex technical programs across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
- Proven leadership at senior levels, with the ability to drive alignment and run cross-functional teams.
- Technical fluency to engage credibly with Engineering and Product on systems and data flows.
