Your Impact:
- Owns the 3 year roadmap & strategic plan for Care Teams Operational Excellence and the Care Teams Management System.
- Represents Care Teams in Omada’s corporate strategy, planning, and execution processes.
- Ensure key Care Teams processes are visible, measurable, and systematically redesigned as AI is integrated.
About you:
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, health tech, or another complex service environment.
- 10+ years of performance improvement practice, with a track record of designing and scaling operating models.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role at the Director, Senior Director, Vice President, or equivalent level.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in virtual healthcare or digitally enabled care models.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Lean training or other formal continuous improvement methodology experience.
