Weβre looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about finding and closing top-tier engineering talent. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for all technical roles, acting as a true partner to hiring managers and a champion of candidate experience. You will proactively source and engage passive technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Build and maintain pipelines of top engineering talent to support both current and future hiring needs. Embrace a mindset of continuous iteration, regularly evaluating and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Own the end-to-end recruiting process for engineering roles (e.g. software engineers, DevOps, and related technical functions).Act as a strategic partner to Engineering leadership by driving kickoff and calibration meetings to define role requirements, align on candidate expectations, and architect effective interview strategies laying the foundation for successful technical hiring.
Partner with various departments to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding. Assist with coordinating new hire onboarding activities specific to engineering roles.
