Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the reporting infrastructure for churn, retention, launch velocity, and service adoption to give leadership real-time insights.
- Design implementation tracking and handoff frameworks to make the period between contract close and go-live visible, managed, and shorter.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a Finance & Strategy role at a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
- Proven HubSpot power user with experience building post-sales infrastructure like renewal pipelines and churn dashboards from scratch.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, capable of building capacity models and translating messy data into clear strategic recommendations.
