Sales Development Representative

This role is on the front lines of Grow Therapy’s mission to expand access to high-quality Behavioral Health care. This role is all about cold outreach, hustle, and empathy—engaging physicians (PCPs, OB/GYNs, Pediatricians) through high-volume outbound calls to introduce Grow’s services and spark interest in partnering to support their patients’ mental health needs. As the first point of contact, you are the voice of Grow—representing us with professionalism, warmth, and empathy, even in fast-paced, transactional interactions. You'll also play a key role in ensuring data quality and CRM hygiene, maintaining clean and accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, and physician insights in HubSpot and related tracking tools. This position is ideal for someone energized by cold calling and metrics-driven environments, who thrives in overcoming rejection, learning from every call, and improving each day.
