Client Engagement & Technical Ownership:

  • Serve as the lead implementation and support expert for HRIS ancillary platforms.
  • Deliver consultative guidance on system capabilities, configurations, and best practices tailored to each client’s HR strategy and goals.
  • Champion the client experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and issue resolution while exceeding service expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Escalation Management:

  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, HR, Implementation, IT) to ensure cohesive rollout and seamless ongoing support of technology solutions.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex Level 1 and Level 2 HRIS product issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation and knowledge sharing using ExtensisHR’s CRM and ticketing systems.
