We’re seeking a dynamic Manager of Customer Success with a hunter mentality and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the aviation sector. You will proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aviation industry. Also, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients including MROs, OEMs, airlines, and distributors. You will deliver exceptional customer service while managing a full sales cycle and ensure client success and satisfaction. You will need to stay informed on industry trends and market shifts to position PartsBase as a trusted partner.
