As the Storage segment within the Shelter Solutions Business Unit continues to thrive, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our strategic sales planning, customer satisfaction, and business development efforts across national accounts.
Scope: Lead a team of 3-5 sales/national account managers with an emphasis on large-scale accounts in the western US. Oversee a portfolio exceeding $120 million, with a focus on expanding margins alongside consistent volume growth Responsibilities: Establish sales and margin targets aligned with company objectives Develop strategic sales plans to drive sales growth, customer segmentation, and customer stratification Collaborate with business development to maximize value from project specifications, enhancing close ratios and expanding margins Work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop a coordinated go-to-market strategy for Storage and associated product solutions Drive various projects to enhance transactional efficiency and support customers and internal operations effectively
