About the Role:
- Provide multi-channel support to carriers, drivers, shippers, and brokers.
- Resolve billing and SuperPay issues while troubleshooting technical problems.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years in customer support, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience with billing systems.
