Opportunity:

  • Sell Event Production, Creative and Planning services to new and existing corporate customers
  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads from web inquiries, phone calls, and live chats
  • Design technical solutions to bring client visions to life
  • Convert qualified opportunities into long-term partners

Who You Are:

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience, specifically within event production or AV industry
  • Highly organized and disciplined, on top of your pipeline
  • Able to build trust quickly over Zoom
  • Lead with kindness, commitment, and humility

Your Impact - The First Year:

  • Within 3 Months: Expert in Netsuite CRM, learn services catalog, handle up to 10 inbound opportunities daily
  • Within 6 Months: Consistently exceed sales goals, maintain 25% close rate, onboard multiple new clients
  • Within 12 Months: Achieve $1M+ portfolio, forecast accurately 6-9 months out
