Job Description
As a Talent Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for candidates entering the recruiting pipeline. You will play a critical role in qualifying talent and ensuring candidates feel supported.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct high-volume virtual intake calls daily.
-Collect candidate data accurately in the CRM/ATS.
-Represent the organization professionally on every call.
Requirements:
-Experience in customer service, recruiting, sales, or marketing.
-Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
