The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills, including a strong sales and customer service background, reputable account management skills, and experience working within a subscription-based model. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensures contract renewal on various product and service lines, positively impacting our client growth and company revenue. Responsibilities include managing a high volume of accounts, extending and upgrading current client contracts, identifying upsell opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and partnering with multiple teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
