Staying updated with NuORDER's newest features, middleware enhancements, and advocating changes to drive the platform and its tools forward is expected.
Troubleshooting customer issues to find the best solutions, managing multiple integration projects in a customer-facing capacity, and updating mapping, formatting, or conditional logic is essential. Creating, updating, and maintaining integrations using ETL and data integration technologies across data sources is needed. Leading scoping calls with clients to discover alternative workflows, highlight changes, and gather technical specifications addressing client data needs is part of the role. Cross-functional collaboration is vital for project delivery, solutions, and supporting larger integration initiatives.
