As VP of Sales, you will strategize and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth goals. You'll lead the sales forecasting process, identifying market opportunities. A key part of the role is achieving revenue growth through expanding retailer distribution and new product launches. You will build yearly commercial targets, negotiate deals, and analyze promotion strategies to maximize revenue. It is important to guide and mentor the sales team, fostering a performance culture. You will build and maintain strong buyer relationships across all retail channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and work with the Finance team regarding revenue planning, trade spend, and retailer chargeback disputes.
